Shipping Policy
Refer to the ammunition and firearms policy for the particular details related to the shipment of firearms and ammunition. Any merchandise not subject to shipping restrictions or regulations shall be shipped by common carrier (USPS, FEDEX, UPS) pursuant to whichever carrier we have an account with. Delivery time and conditions will be based on quotes that these common carriers provide and themarksman.net will not be held responsible for any service delays or returns due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer or the common carriers.
Return/Refund Policy
Returns/Refund must be made within 15 days.
Returns/Refund require preauthorization, customers must obtain a return authorization number before shipping any merchandise back.
Merchandise returned without approval will be treated as abandoned merchandise and liquidated at out convenience and benefit.
We require 15 days to credit any returns back to the credit card.
15% restocking fee will apply if the return is authorized.
No returns on firearms, ammunition and special order items.
After your merchandise is returned and examined you will receive a full refund for the product less restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If your product is not found in its original condition, the item will be shipped back to you and no refund will be issued.
You must write the RMA "Return Authorization Number" on the outside of the box and on any return correspondence.
Returned merchandise must be received in unopened original packaging with no evidence of use.
Ammunition Policy
Ammunition will only be sold to individuals in states, counties, etc.. where such ammunition is legal to own. The individual must be 21 years or older and is required to produce verification in form of a government issued photo identification showing the local address. The ammunition will be shipped pursuant to any current restrictions and will require an adult (21+) signature at the time of delivery.
Firearms Policy
Firearms will be sold to individuals in states, counties, etc.. where said firearms are legal to own. The individual must comply with any local, municipal, state and federal regulations and or restrictions based on the location of delivery. Firearms will only be shipped to a federal firearms license and will require an adult (21+) signature upon delivery. Firearms will be shipped pursuant to any current restrictions and regulations.

We do not share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.
